Tostado Festivals of Santander Cebu

Santander recently celebrated its Tostado Festival with street dancing and festival dancing competition witnessed by thousands of people who lined up the streets to witness the festivities. Five contingents from 10 barangays participated in the celebration that ended with a five-minute fireworks display. Cebu Travel & Tourism Blog was there to witness the event.
